Pronouns: She/Her
I firmly believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space, where growth and healing are encouraged through care and compassion.

I am a mental health professional with diverse experience in clinical case management, mental health research, training, and volunteering across Singapore, India, and the United Kingdom. Currently, I am pursuing my master's in Mental Health Studies at King's College London and conducting research on pathways for trauma support.
I firmly believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space, where growth and healing are encouraged through care and compassion. My journey in mental health has equipped me with the skills to conduct psychological assessments and formulations, provide supportive therapy, and develop treatment plans using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I have had the privilege of supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, offering crisis support and appropriate referrals in both public and private settings.
I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, an associate member of the Singapore Psychological Society, and a psychosocial skills trainer certified in psychological first aid. I serve on the psychology judging panel for The Global Undergraduate Awards. My academic journey took me from earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore to achieving honours at James Cook University in Australia.

When I am not immersed in my professional pursuits, you will find me singing, binge-watching Netflix, or exploring new places.
