HEINI LIN

Assistant Psychologist
Pronouns: She/Her

Every small act of compassion holds the power to transform a life.

I’m Heini, a Master’s graduate in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, deeply passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children, young people, and their families.

Throughout my journey, I have taken on various roles, from volunteering at a crisis hotline to working as a behavioural therapist. Each of these roles has taught me invaluable lessons – not just about mental health but about the power of listening, empathy, and meeting people where they are. I have seen how small moments of understanding can spark transformative change, and that is what inspires me every day.

In line with Eleos Clinic's values, I believe that effective support is built on compassion and respect. I am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable sharing their story. Growing up in Hong Kong and moving to London has given
me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and voices, and I bring that understanding into my work to ensure that every voice feels heard and valued.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking, wandering through London’s parks, and discovering new cafés with friends.
