My commitment in therapy is to foster a trusting and validating environment for children and young people to help them feel empowered.
I am a HCPC registered psychologist who has been working with children and young people since 2017. I have worked across various NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in diverse areas of London.
As a clinical psychologist, I have specialist expertise in psychological assessment, formulation and intervention with children and young people, as well as their families and wider networks, to support their wellbeing and mental health.
I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic models and approaches including cognitive-behaviour therapy, compassion-focused therapy and systemic and narrative approaches, for a range of difficulties including, but not limited to, anxiety, low mood, panic, OCD, low self-esteem (including self-criticism and shame), relationship difficulties etc.
I value integrative ways of working and flexibility in my work and draw on a range of these approaches to allow for a holistic and nuanced view of a problem. My commitment in therapy is to foster a trusting and validating environment to enable young people to share, make sense of their difficulties and feel empowered to consider a way forward.
