My commitment in therapy is to foster a trusting and validating environment for children and young people to help them feel empowered.
I am a HCPC-registered psychologist with experience working with children and young people since 2017. I have worked across various NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in diverse areas of London, providing support to individuals and families facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.

As a clinical psychologist, I specialise in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention, working with children, young people, their families, and wider support networks to promote mental health and well-being.

I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and systemic and narrative therapies. I have experience working with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), low self-esteem (including self-criticism and shame), and relationship challenges.

My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from multiple therapeutic models to provide a holistic and nuanced understanding of each individual's unique circumstances. I am committed to creating a trusting and validating therapeutic environment, where young people feel safe to explore their difficulties, make sense of their experiences, and feel empowered to move forward.

I am passionate about helping young people and their families navigate challenges with confidence and resilience, tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs and strengths.
