Experience and Approach:
My professional journey includes extensive experience in NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), both in community settings and inpatient wards, where I treated children, adolescents, and their families. I later specialised in treating eating disorders within NHS CAMHS and currently serve as a sessional therapist at the Priory Group in Chelmsford.

I have completed specialised training and masterclasses in areas such as eating disorders, ADHD, trauma treatment, anger management, systemic psychotherapy for couples, and working with LGBTQ+ families and individuals.

In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I am a professional artist trained in fine art.
